Couchsurfing Meeting Cologne

I did not take any pictures, because the city of Cologne decided to great the crowd from all over the world by typical Rhinelandian winter weather. Rather Cold. Drizzling rain. Then more Rain. I met a lot of very interesting people and hat a lot of fun, even though i had to meet someone else in the middle and missed 2 hours of the event.

There was even a Camera-Crew from RTL (Cologne Based TV Station), that decided to make a documentary about Couchsurfing. I sure hope they didn't get me on my bad side ;-)

For those of you, who have not heard about Couchsurfing: It's a website based on the principle of Community-Based Sleepsovers ,)

You give your Couch to people around that need a place to stay and you stay at the couches of other people all over the world. If this works out, everybody has a nice place to stay everywhere. The spirit of hospitality defibrilated back into life again (Do nooot walk intooo the light ;-) )

People from Australia, South Africa, the US, Holland, Scandinavia and whatnot. When they had to Ice-Skate for the Camera and the Camera entered the Ice some people might actually have hoped for the camerman to drop. Not me of course

A lot of moments going on in the tea section of my local megamart...

There is a lot of other stuff going on as well...

Harmony for *blank* ... Sweet kisses... Sweet devil... pure lust... Hot loving... Little sins... And remember i am still talking about tea here. Do teas really have to be labeled like that? Is that appealing to someone?

If it is please let me know. I feel alienated by those names and i really love tea

Warm und mit grosser Salatbar

So wünscht man sich seine Freunde

Heute macht uns die Bildzeitung einmal mehr auf einfühlende und nachdrückliche Weise auf ein nur allzu bekanntes Problem aufmerksam(fotografiert an der Aussenreklame des lokalen Kiosk):

Bild schlägt nachdrücklich Alarm

Na Prost Mahlzeit.

Dann wird es wohl Zeit die Geldkörbe von Uroma wieder rauszuholen.

Die Schotten dicht! Rafft das Vorsegel! Alarmrotte starten! (lustige Idee, Segelboot-Flugzeugträger(sidenote: braucht man dann auch segelflugzeuge?)) ...
